I Bought a House a Couple of Months Ago thats In Danger of Flooding

In January of this year (2011), my daughter and I purchased a home in West Weber. It's just a few hundred yards south from the northernmost portion of the Weber River. The river picturesquely winds around us.

Little did we know that this year Weber River would reach record high levels, and begin to flood the surrounding farmland and threaten homes... all before the snow pack has even really begun to melt!

I've been snapping photos of the unfolding flooding drama. And I'll be sharing them with you through this blog.
